Delivery and in-store pick-up
At Plantasia Natural Foods, we are committed to providing our customers with convenient, reliable, and affordable options to receive their plant-based groceries. Please review our delivery and in-store pick-up policies below before placing your order.
Local Same-Day Delivery
- Availability: Same-day delivery is currently available to addresses in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Most of the Greater Golden Horseshoe (GGH) region. Service to Ottawa, Quebec City and Montreal will be available in the very near future!
- Delivery Zones: Once your shipping address is entered at checkout, the estimated delivery fee options will appear for eligible addresses. If a delivery rate does not appear, your address is likely outside our delivery range, and you are not eligible for this service at this time.
Delivery options & cut-off Times
Option 1: Standard Same-Day Delivery

Orders must be placed by 4:30 PM (EST) for same-day delivery.

Deliveries are typically completed within 4 hours of order placement. (subject to order volume, time of Day, and traffic conditions).

Orders placed after 4:30 PM will be delivered on our next operating day.

The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance to the delivery address from the store and can range from $8.25 to $21.25+HST. This service provider May also charge a Surplus charge for Deliveries that occur between 4:00PM to 6:00PM that is calculated at checkout. To avoid this fee, please try to place your Order as early in the day as possible.

All delivery fees are non-refundable.
Option 2: Economy Evening Delivery

Orders placed by 10:00 AM (EST) qualify for our Same-day Evening Economy Service.

Deliveries Will be made between 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM.

This is the only Delivery option for GGH Residents.

The delivery fee is a flat rate of $11.50+HST for GTA Residents and $14.50+HST for Most GGH residents.

All delivery fees are Non-refundable.
- Tracking: You will receive delivery status updates and tracking information via text. Deliveries do not require a signature; however, an image of your package at your door will be provided as confirmation of delivery.
- Liability: Plantasia Natural Foods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or uncollected packages once delivery has been confirmed. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
Shipping Expansion
We are actively building new partnerships with carriers to expand our delivery range to Ontario and across Canada. Updates on expanded delivery zones will be shared through our website and social media channels.
Packaging for Refrigerated & Frozen Items
- Orders containing refrigerated or frozen products are shipped with Ice packs and may include insulated packaging depending on distance.
- While every effort is made to maintain proper temperature, products may arrive thawed. Please refrigerate or freeze items immediately upon receipt.
- Plantasia is not responsible for spoilage if the customer is unavailable to collect the order during the confirmed delivery window.
Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping details before Completing the checkout.
- Once an order has shipped, no changes can be made to the delivery address.
- Plantasia Natural Foods is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
In-Store Pick-Up
- Location: Pick-up orders must be collected from our storefront at 265 Scarlett Road, Toronto, ON.
- Same-Day Pick-Up: Orders placed before 4:30 PM (EST) are expected to be collected the same day. You will be notified via text and/or email once your order is ready.
- No-Show Policy: Orders not collected by the end of the following day will be automatically cancelled and refunded, less a 10% no-show fee.
- Cancellations/Extensions: If you email us before the end of the next day to cancel Your order or extend your pick-up window, no fee will be charged. Phone calls are accepted, but you must speak to a staff member directly to confirm. Voicemail cancellations will not be accepted.
Additional Considerations
- Out-of-Stock Items: Although we attempt to keep our product inventory up to date, Items maybe be out of stock. If an item is unavailable, we may contact you with substitution options or issue a refund for that product.
- Weather & Unforeseen Delays: Severe weather, traffic, or courier disruptions may affect delivery timelines. We will notify you of delays as soon as possible.
- Holiday Orders: During peak hours/seasons (e.g., holidays), order cut-off times and delivery windows may be adjusted. We encourage placing orders early to avoid disappointment.
