We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Most products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and accompanied by a receipt or if spoilage is discovered. Clearance Items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for a similar product, a product of similar value or store credit within 2 days of purchase if spoilage is discovered.
